Dataset Description

Collection of Animal Cell Culture

DescriptionThis dataset is a collection of cell cultures derived from different animals. Our goal is to establish a featured biorepository to conserve the living specimens of various animal species. To this end, we have constructed a pipeline to collect animal tissues and establish high-quality animal cell lines from different tissues. We also create a standardized system for long-term cryopreservation of the cell cultures. We hope these cell cultures could be useful genetic materials to facilitate future scientific research.
